Indemnity Form & Acceptance of Use

Assumption of Risk and Release of Liability:

By participating in the golf simulator activity at Goolfing Around SG, the participant acknowledges and accepts the following terms and conditions:

1. Equipment Responsibility:

 • Users must operate the golf simulator equipments provided by Goolfing Around SG responsibly, following all provided guidelines for operation.

 • A repair or replacement fee will apply for any damages sustained to the equipments during the period of use, as a result of any misuse by the participants.

2. Safety Procedures:

 • Participants are required to adhere to all safety procedures and instructions provided by Goolfing Around SG during the use of the golf simulator.

3. Alcohol and Substance Use:

 • Consumption of alcohol or any substances that impair judgment is strictly prohibited while using the Goolfing Around SG golf simulator.

4. Smoking is prohibited 

 • Smoking is strictly prohibited at all times within the premise and mall. A cleaning fee of $300 will apply if smoke is detected, and a fee of $2000 will apply if the smoke detectors are activated. 

5. Food and Drinks 

 • Food and drinks are welcome, but kindly clear up and return the studio in its original condition once done. 
 • We love durians but the next participant may not, so please refrain from bringing any durian related products into the studio. A fee of $100 will apply for the consumption of durian within the premises.

6. Proper Attire:

 • Participants must wear appropriate attire, including covered shoes, to ensure safety.

 7. Booking and Cancellation Policy:

 • Participants are expected to comply with the booking and cancellation policies of Goolfing Around SG regarding the use of the golf simulator.

8. Maintenance Reporting:

 • Participants must promptly report any malfunction or damage to the golf simulator equipments via email to: goolfingaroundsg@gmail.com. 

9. Code of Conduct:

 • Participants are required to conduct themselves in a sportsmanlike manner while using the Goolfing Around SG golf simulator, respecting the rights and safety of others.

 • Please keep your noise level down after 10pm.

10. Termination of Use:

 • Goolfing Around SG reserves the right to terminate the use of the golf simulator if participants fail to comply with the outlined terms and conditions.

11. Cleaning Fees 

• Participants are responsible for ensuring that no rubbish and unwanted items are left behind. A cleaning fee of $100 will apply in such circumstances.

12. Governing Law:

• This indemnity form shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore.

13. Use of Equipments
• Under no circumstance shall Goolfing Around SG be liable to any claims in respect of any injury to persons or damage to property arising out of the use of the golf simulator equipments however caused.

• The participant acknowledges that the premise will be unsupervised, and have understood and agree to the
terms and conditions of use and any relevant operating and safety instructions presented. The participant hereby fully and forever waive, release and relinquish all and any claims, demands and actions against Goolfing Around SG that may be connected or associated in any form to this agreement.
